The West view apartment is designed for 4 persons.
The West View apartment has fabulous views to three sides across the sloping fields and gorse lined sides of Farlacombe valley.
There is easy access to the 4 roomed apartment across the sundeck and through a hallway shared with the East View apartment.
The living area / kitchen has an electric hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge. Dormer windows to either side give views over the sundeck and south side of the valley. The kitchen area is well equipped and stylishly presented with beech units and worktops. The living area has a glass table and six chairs.
The Double bedroom has views to the west and north, the shadier side of the house. There is a large queensize double bed, double wardrobe.
The lounge serves as an additional bedroom in the evening with a double sofa bed. Outlook to the west and south across Farlacombe valley. The lounge is spacious and has a seperate large storage cupoard with 2 seperate pullout single beds. Flatscreen TV with freeview satellite, DVD and wireless broadband.
The newly fitted bathroom has a bath with shower, ceramic wash basin and WC.
Bed Linen is provided. Towels can be provided for an extra charge.
Private car parking is at the rear of the property
